I love Nekter, and the employee taking my order was friendly and doing her best, but the store was clearly understaffed this morning. There was only one person taking orders and preparing the food, which led to a very long wait. During the 30 minutes we were waiting, I saw at least four customers walk in, see the line, and leave without ordering. Waiting over 30 minutes for a smoothie bowl is simply too long. The smoothie bowl was good and the employee was kind throughout the experience, which is why I’m giving 3 stars instead of 1. Please staff your store properly! I would not have stayed if I had known the wait would be over 30 minutes.

Pretty stoked to see this new Nekter Juice Bar in South Pasadena! I absolutely love the healthy menu variety they have to offer in terms of juices, Açaí bowls and smoothies. The staff was really friendly and I even had the opportunity to meet the owner, Raymond, and learned more about the opening at this location. The place is perfect to pop-in, easy street access off of Fair Oaks; it is clean, there's cool wooden benches to sit on while waiting for your order. This will definitely be our go-to location when we need a healthy option on the go!

Since the Pasadena S. lake location closed I have been coming to this location. Parking is challenging but the quality ingredients, professional staff and cleanliness is top notch. I wish every Nekter location had this standard 10/10.

Horrible service. And the greens are going baaaad!!! I had even tipped prior!!! Do not recommend going to this location. These greens are going brown and when I received my Superfood Açaí bowl, it looked like mud.There is another location on Hwy111, next to Jensens Grocery store. Go there. Horrible customer service from Jasania. She was the one that made the bowl and told me that I can wait another 30 mins after she helps the five people that had just ordered. Being aware I had been waiting myself to receive mine. She did not care. She told me she could refund or I can wait. Of course, there is no way of refunding a tip. When no other customer had tipped her to begin with. Ridiculous. If the greens are going bad and you eat that… good luck!
